We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your Brahmkshatriya Jeevansathi account and all associated information, please follow the steps below.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a successful account deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user account and login credentials
- All matrimonial profiles created under your account
- Profile photos, cover images, and gallery media
- Personal details — name, date of birth, family information, education, and occupation
- All sent and received connection requests and proposals
- All chat conversations and encrypted messages
- Notifications, activity logs, and match history
- Any events you created or registered for (as applicable)
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained even after deletion, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records and payment history, if applicable, as required under financial regulations
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
- Data that must be retained to comply with applicable Indian laws
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being fully purged from our systems
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 — Via the App (Recommended)
- Open the Brahmkshatriya Jeevansathi app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Account → Settings → Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 7 business days.
Option 2 — Via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you may submit your deletion request by sending an email to our support team:

What to Include in Your Email
To help us verify your identity and process your request promptly, please include the following in your email:
- Registered mobile number — the number used to create your account
- Full name — as it appears on your profile
- Reason for deletion (optional) — your feedback helps us improve
Processing Timeline
Once we receive and verify your request:
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification.
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
- Backup copies will be purged within 90 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Things to Know Before Deleting
⚠️ Please note:
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your data.
- Any active connections, proposals, or ongoing conversations will be permanently removed.
- If you created community events, those records will also be removed (subject to legal retention requirements).
- If you change your mind, you are welcome to create a new account at any time.
