Zero Tolerance Policy

Brahmkshatriya Jeevansathi has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate content involving minors. Violations are reported to law enforcement immediately.

The safety of minors is of paramount importance to us. This policy outlines our commitment to child safety and the measures we take to protect minors on the Brahmkshatriya Jeevansathi platform.

1. Age Restrictions

Brahmkshatriya Jeevansathi is a matrimonial platform exclusively for adults:

  • Female users must be a minimum of 18 years of age to create a matrimonial profile.
  • Male users must be a minimum of 21 years of age to create a matrimonial profile.
  • These age limits are enforced in both the app interface (Step 0 of profile setup) and our backend validation layer.
  • General account registration is not permitted for users under 18.

2. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Any content that sexualizes minors, including images, text, or video
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
  • Grooming behavior or any attempt to engage minors in inappropriate conversations
  • Sharing of personal information of minors
  • Any content that exploits, harms, or endangers children

3. Detection & Prevention

We take proactive steps to prevent minors from accessing our platform:

  • Age verification at signup: Date of birth is required and validated during profile creation.
  • Profile review: All profiles undergo manual admin review before activation.
  • User reporting: Any user can report a profile or content they believe involves a minor or is inappropriate.
  • AI-assisted moderation: Automated systems flag suspicious content for human review.

4. Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves a minor or constitutes child exploitation:

Report immediately:

  • 📧 Email: [email protected]
  • 🔴 Use the "Report" button on any profile or message within the app
  • 🚨 Contact local law enforcement if a child is in immediate danger

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Accounts found in violation are permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Response Protocol

Upon receiving a report involving potential child safety violations, we will:

  1. Immediately suspend the reported account pending investigation.
  2. Preserve all relevant data including messages, profile information, and activity logs.
